At EverSmall, we want you to love your keepsake frame. If you're not completely satisfied, our 90-Day Happiness Guarantee has you covered.

1. 90-day guarantee

You have 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, replacement or refund.

2. Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted for unused items in their original condition and packaging, with all included parts (frame, clay and accessories).
  • Items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect are always eligible for a free replacement or full refund, even if the clay has been opened.
  • Because the clay is a personal keepsake once imprinted, items that have been used (with prints made) cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.

3. How to start a return

Email us at ever.ssmall@gmail.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the item. We reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without authorization cannot be processed.

4. Damaged or wrong items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. In most cases, you will not need to return the damaged item.

5. Return shipping

For returns that are not due to our error (for example, a change of mind), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and original shipping fees are non-refundable. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we cover all costs.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (or your claim is approved), we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

7. Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it has been fulfilled. Email us as soon as possible at ever.ssmall@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it under this policy.
